Our licencee and property manager Maria Lee first entered the real estate industry in 1985. Current Accreditations. Maria offers our clients an exceptional depth of knowledge and experience. During her career she has always managed to keep up with the latest trends and has a very keen interest in property management. Maria is always giving properties the attention required to maximise your returns, protecting your’s valuable investment. Her integrity and work ethic, attention to detail and strong negotiation skills give her clients peace of mind knowing that their property is in good hands.

In her time working as property manager she has managed properties in areas such as Robina, Nerang, Coomera, Pimpama, Woodlands Estate Waterford, Brisbane Metro, Bellbird Park, Augustine Heights, Flinders View Ipswich area, Taigum, North Lakes, Rothwell, Deception Bay, Wellington Point, Narangba and as far as Bribie Island! Maria personally travels to each individual property for her quarterly inspection to maintain a one-on-one relationship with each tenant.

It gives property managers the opportunity to store all required information in the one place, including owners, tenants, maintenance and accounting information. With the use of the Console program we are able to maintain a continuous up to date database. For example, Console display all tenants currently behind in rent and gives us the opportunity to give them immediate notice to ensure the issue is rectified as soon as possible.

Service fees and charges

Because we are so dedicated to offering you value for money, you will only pay a letting fee and a management fee (including rent collection).
